Topeka North Outreach, Inc. (TNO) is committed to a program of affirmative action in providing services to the public through its outreaches.  The philosophy and intent of that commitment is contained in the following summary statement:

          The outreach assistance provided by TNO will be rendered to individuals and families resideing in the primary                      service area of Shawnee County north of the Kansas River and the community of Oakland without regard to race,                color, sex, religion, national origin, age, gender, disability, or political affiliation.
